Our ethos is to provide a caring “home from home” environment for the elderly, where individual’s rights, privacy and independence are high on our list of priorities.
We believe that our residents deserve to be treated as individuals, and choice is enthusiastically promoted by our care staff.
At Archmoor we endeavour to meet the needs of elderly people whenever possible, and we strive to maintain the “home from home” environment in a relaxed and friendly setting
Our highly motivated team of carers are trained to provide discrete support and assistance and are on duty at all times. All are encouraged to work towards NVQ qualifications in social care
Senior Carers are available on all day shifts. Their ultimate responsibility is to be in charge of their shift, and to ensure that our clients’ physical and psychological needs are met
